More than 20 combined years of profoundly challenging and powerfully rewarding experiences as a Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor, a child and family advocate, a parenting educator, a classroom teacher and a Guardian ad Litem inspired Reneisha Black to pursue the vision that has become TruSolace Counseling & Wellness Center.

 

Reneisha is a proud member of Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority, Inc, and an active member of the Junior League of Charlotte. She is also passionate about spending time with her three children and husband, reading and coming up with new culinary creations using vegetables from her garden.

Johari Ferguson is the Business manager at TruSolace Counseling and Wellness Center and a Charlotte native. She is passionate about educating the community about healthy habits – mental and physical – and has been a volunteer in many initiatives in the Charlotte area. Johari is also a recent graduate of University of North Carolina at Wilmington with a bachelors in Mathematics.

Jackie Garcia is a dedicated and accomplished Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) with over 15 years of experience in the field. She holds a master's degree in social work and is deeply committed to providing high-quality mental health services to individuals and families in need. Jackie has effectively developed and managed programs, implementing evidence-based practices, and ensuring compliance with regulatory standards.

 

Her compassionate approach, strong leadership skills, and ability to foster collaboration make her a valuable asset in the field of social work.
