About Us

Our Mission Statement: 

TruSolace Counseling and Wellness Center is a safe haven for girls and women of color to focus on wellness, self-care, and healing through education, community support and advocacy. TruSolace provides one-on-one and group therapy, interventions promoting holistic wellness, and opportunities for personal and professional development. Our goal is to create a sacred space that encourages girls and women of color to reach their fullest potential, encourage hope, build legacy, and lead with love and purpose.
